Paints and inks

Even if the water based products are spreading because of environmental hazards, either in workshop and outside, that can be only expensively solved by condensation or thermodestruction plants, peculiarly the printing on plastic films still require solvent bases like ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, nitrous paints.

Our systems, for the precise dispense and reliable mixing of these products, do use the same technology of other liquid items, but the bases storage and transport to the dosing valves require tanks and pipings suitable for ATEX norms: virtually no permeability, no vapors emissions in the environment.

Of course, all the field instrumentations, controls and their electrical links follow the need of a classified area. Also the selection of the materials wetted by these liquids is done in account of their very fast drying, especially when a high localized vapours suction is required for a safe working place.
