In our equipments each colour, resin and solvent has a dedicated tank, maintained at controlled atmosphere in order to prevent drying and evaporations; the integral timed recirculation down to the dispensing valves prevents sedimentation, and the total drain conic bottom eases the annual cleanup. Special care is taken with resins, where air inclusion in tanks and pipings may lead to polymerization of the products: even the cleaning of dosing valves after each dispense uses techniques dedicated to these peculiar dispersions.

The bulk production lines feature automatic identification of different tubs up to 150 kg, on-line labeling and volume-sensitive mixing: the dispensing accuracy is of 0.1 gr. The final formula can be either packaged in cans and tubs, and mixed immediately before its final use: in this case, our mixers Copter 30, 60 and 120 are a complement must.
