Batch dyeing In CIRECO equipments each colourant has a dedicated tank, maintained at constant humidity in order to prevent crystallization; the integral timed recirculation down to the dispensing valves and the total drain conic bottom prevents sedimentation and grants thermal uniformity. The dispense is performed either in a single tank fixed on the digital scale, and in twin tanks switching their position on the scale (shuttle) sharing the same distribution line. The dosing valves are the same of our other liquid dispensing systems, and their accuracy reaches 0.1 gr over 150 kg batch: for amounts exceeding the scale capacity, the formula is subdivided in equal parts with the same accuracy. The liquor is then pumped directly in the vessel of the demanding dyeing machine: special three-ways valves, pressurized to prevent contamination, select the final destination machine/vessel. At the end of transfer the piping is purged first in the vessel with water, then in the drain with water and bleaching agents. The main difference between the dispensing techniques is their productivity: with a single tank each formula is dosed, pumped to the machine and the line purged before the next formula will be available, while with a shuttle the dosing in the tank #1 is performed during the addressing of previous formula from tank #2, etc. The dispensing software keeps under control the amount of water required for the liquor transfer, and if required also of the volume of the dyeing machine vessel: each formula can be splitted into liquid dispensing and interfaced powders dispensing unit. |
