Textile printing

In our equipments each colour and thickener has a dedicated tank, maintained at constant humidity in order to prevent skins; the integral timed recirculation down to the dispensing valves prevents sedimentation, and the total drain conic bottom eases the annual cleanup. We can handle either mother pastes with controlled viscosity and liquid pure colours: the latters reduce the overall storage volume, without affecting the dispensing accuracy. The buckets for Sampling equipment feature 3-axis robotized storage and transport, with on-line labeling and mixing: different capacities are available at the same time in each machine, from 100 gr to 3 kg, with dosing accuracies to 0.01 gr. The bulk Production lines feature automatic identification of different tubs up to 150 kg, on-line labeling and volume-sensitive mixing: the dispensing accuracy is of 0.1 gr. The dispensing software takes care of the final paste viscosity, but of course this depends strictly upon the viscosity of the base items (either thickeners and mother colours): then, a vital complement of our Colour Kitchens is the automatic thickeners preparation system either from powders and liquid components.
