Typical applications are high gas flowrates from twin barrel reactors up to 6", but is used also for multiple tube diffusion furnaces. Thanks to its concept of three wet stages of abatement the scrubbing efficiency is very high; it offers a fine vacuum control down to -20 mbar.

The exhaust is normally atmospheric, but can also be issued to a dilution fan. Its installation is normally outdoor, and the optional pH control can be provided from the Grey Area.
