Bubbling scrubbers

The gas to be treated enters from top into an array of submerged tubes, then bubbles upwards through two plates with decreasing size bores: at each plate the generated bubbles reduce their size, therefore the contaminants are released by impact. The cleaned air, through two dynamic mist separators, is then exhausted by the donstream fan. They are used mostly for dedusting: in connection with powders weighing benches, burr and Cob mills, plastics extruders etc., they offer high flowrates with limited footprint. The requiremets for maintenance and cleaning are extremely reduced compared to dry filtration with hoses or cartridges, which require expensive disposal. Suction head and flowrate are easily controlled by varying the level of rinsing water in the base tank. Built in PVC with nominal flowrates from 900 to 5,000 cmh.
