Leather finishing

In our equipments each colour and thickener has a dedicated tank, maintained at constant humidity in order to prevent skins; the integral timed recirculation down to the dispensing valves prevents sedimentation, and the total drain conic bottom eases the annual cleanup. Special care is taken with resins, where air inclusion in tanks and pipings may lead to polymerization of the products: even the cleaning of dosing valves after each dispense uses techniques dedicated to these peculiar dispersions. The bulk Production lines feature automatic identification of different tubs up to 300 kg, on-line labeling and volume-sensitive mixing: the dispensing accuracy is of 0.1 gr. In the main formula even the intermediate dispersion is a programmable variable: a special mixer embedded into the dosing head is activated after each interface-dependent dosing of products. The final emusifiers Copter 120 and 300 prepare the formula for final use, while the next one is dispensed: the on-line tubs transfer yields speed and flexibility for corrections.
